Our Data Protection Framework
Alongside our public policies, StaffAsset maintains an internal Data Protection Policy (version 2.0, effective 14 August 2026) governing how personal data is handled across the business. It is compliant with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, and covers:
