Section 54 applicability

StaffAsset Ltd confirms that, although it operates in the UK and supplies services, it does not meet the £36 million turnover threshold required to be classified as a “relevant commercial organisation” under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Therefore, StaffAsset Ltd is not legally required to publish a Modern Slavery Statement at this time.

Our commitment

However, the organisation remains committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within its operations and supply chains and has appropriate policies and procedures in place to support ethical and compliant practices.

StaffAsset Ltd will review its position regularly and comply fully should its status change.
